1. Shipping fees
Penrose Mattress Company offers free shipping on all products, anywhere in the USA.
2. Mattress delivery options
We offer two options for mattress delivery.
Express Shipping via FedEx – free. Your mattress ships directly to your door and typically arrives in 3–10 business days. The mattress is compressed and packaged for shipping, and arrives in a 20x20x45" box. One person can typically handle moving and unpacking the mattress, but we recommend having at least two people if you want to move the box up or down stairs.
In-Home Installation – $149. Our delivery team will bring your mattress into the room where it will live, set it up on your bed, remove all packaging and debris, haul away your old mattress (if you don't want it anymore), and clean up after themselves. After you place your order, we'll call you to schedule installation at a time that's convenient for you. In-home installation adds 4–5 days to delivery. Customers in more remote areas may see slightly longer delivery times.
3. Bedding products shipping
We ship all bedding products directly to your door via FedEx, free of charge. Bedding orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days.
4. Trial, returns & exchanges policy
All our mattresses come with a 99-night home trial. If you're not satisfied, for any reason, we're happy to offer returns or exchanges within this period. Mattress returns are subject to a $50 processing fee. We'll contact you to arrange for retrieval or disposal of the mattress.
Unless otherwise stated all bedding, sheeting, and down products have a 60 day risk-free trial period. New or gently used bedding products can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of receipt of your order.

5. Shipping carriers
We partner with only the most trusted shipping carriers, and spent significant time testing teams to identify the best partners. We use FedEx for direct shipping, and partner with RXO for in-home installations. In select cases, we work with Mattress Disposal Plus for removal of old mattresses and recycling of returns.
